[Vanguard] The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) on Friday formally served the alleged $345,000 fraud allegation charge against Ezekiel Onyedikachi, manager of gospel singer Mercy Chinwo, on his lawyer Monday Ubani (SAN).
