Big Brother Naija Season 9  pair Nelita, consisting of Nnenna Mbonu and Anita Ukah, has won the heads of house challenge for the second time in a row. The pair were crowned the heads of house last week through a ballot system and emerged victorious following eight out of 12 votes from their fellow housemates.
