[Vanguard] A Chief Magistrates Court, sitting in Sabo, Yaba, Lagos, yesterday, ruled that the police cannot be the complainant and also the prosecutor in the trial of Afrobeat singer, Seun Kuti, for allegedly assaulting a police officer.
